This Privacy Policy explains how Typonyms collects, uses, and safeguards your information when you play the game and use the optional cloud sync features.

1. No Data Selling

Typonyms, and its creator Ben Deeb, promise to never sell your user data (Ben wouldn't know how to do this anyway). Your data is strictly yours and is only used to run the game and sync your progress.

2. Data We Collect

If you optionally choose to sign in with Google to sync your progress, we collect and store:

• Your Google email address and public profile details (like display name and avatar URL).
• Your game statistics (solved puzzles, solve times, attempt details, and settings preferences).

If you do not sign in, your game progress remains 100% local to your device's storage and no personal data is collected.

3. Data Deletion

You have full control over your data. If you are signed in, you can delete all cloud sync files and your account at any time by going to the Settings modal in the game and clicking the "Delete Account" button.
